Research Interests
I am interested in exploring how patterns of species distributions are influenced by spatial and temporal variation. My research focuses on integrating a wide range of techniques, including molecular analyses, ecological methods and computer modelling, in order to answer novel questions that are vital in halting the current loss of biodiversity. My expertise in mammals, especially bats, has allowed me to work both in the UK and China and form further collaborations in Japan. For more information about my work please visit my Research page.
