Invited speakers will be offered accommodation at the Crowne Plaza in the heart of Cambridge (see below).

Homerton College

Homerton College is one of the most attractive colleges in Cambridge, with a mixture of old and new buildings set in spacious wooded grounds away from the noisy centre of town. Accommodation will be in student rooms which have been either rebuilt or refurbished to a very high standard within the last ten years. The large majority are en-suite rooms with internet connections. Dinner will be taken in the splendid gothic hall built in 1890. Discussion Forum (a) on the Friday night (21.00-22.30) will be in the Boulind Suite in the Mary Allan Building.

Homerton College is situated on Hills Road just out of the City Centre between the main railway station and Addenbrookes Hospital. A map gives the location of Homerton College within Cambridge with the Workshop venue close to the Addenbrooke's Hospital indicated on this map and the workshop venue map.

A college map and road directions to Homerton are available. Delegates arriving at the College should report to the Porter's Lodge, located in the Mary Allen Building - Main Entrance on the college map.

Extra nights accommodation at Homerton College: Should you wish to book extra nights accommodation before or after the Workshop, rooms may be booked at 65 plus VAT pounds per night. It is the responsibility of the delegate to book these rooms directly with the College through:

Crowne Plaza

Invited speakers will be offered accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Downing Street, Cambridge. The Crowne Plaza Cambridge enjoys a prime location in the historic heart of the City. It is located within easy walking distance of King's College and other colleges in the city centre. It's location is given on the following map. Speakers staying at the Crowne Plaza should hire a taxi for hotel to CRI transfer (receipts should be sent to Kerrie Walker, Workshop Administrator). Please note that there is some traffic congestion in Cambridge during rush hours and thus it is a good idea to leave plenty of time for travel.
