William J Browne - Citations via publish or perish

An increasingly important part of an academics profile is how widely their research is cited. On my other citation page I use the ISI web of science to calculate citation counts for work. Here I use Google Scholar via Harzing, A.W. 2011 Publish or Perish, version 3, available here The totals are generally much higher than with ISI as my work is often cited in books or in the social science literature outside of web of science.
